Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality care to patients and contribute to a positive healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and relevant data.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; an associate degree is acceptable.
Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
