CDL A Driver - New CDL Graduates - Paid Training - No Northeast

$1,200 - $1,800 per week

Job Description

Hammond, this fleet runs like OTR but stays east of Denver and out of the Northeast. New CDL holders get paid training and a guaranteed floor once they go solo.

Real Miles: 1,800 to 2,900 a week
No Northeast: everything east of Colorado except the Northeast
Freight Mix: drop and hook plus live loads

Pay and Home Time

$1,200 to $1,800 average weekly gross depending on experience
$1,000 weekly guaranteed pay for your first 3 months after first solo dispatch
$15 stop pay plus monthly performance bonus
Home every 2 weeks

Paid Training

4 to 6 weeks over the road with an experienced trainer
Guaranteed weekly training pay
Straight to full solo pay

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
New CDL holders: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school
Experienced drivers: 6 months OTR in the last 12 months, or 12+ months in the past 5 years
Valid license in your current state of residence and verifiable work history for the past 3 years
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years, no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years, no DUI/DWI in the past 5 to 10 years
Must pass hair and urine drug testing
