What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, handling approximately 25–50 inbound calls daily .
• Build strong customer relationships by providing friendly, professional, and timely service.
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and order-related issues with a solution-oriented approach.
• Retain customer confidence by delivering exceptional service with every interaction.
• Accurately document customer communications, requests, and resolutions in a paperless database system.
• Prioritize customer needs and determine when issues require escalation to management.
• Collaborate with internal departments and the sales team to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in both communication and appearance while interacting with customers in person and over the phone.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment while managing multiple priorities throughout the day.

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and standard business software.
• Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM .
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One-hour lunch break
