MCL Talent Partners is sourcing motivated professionals on behalf of a leading national financial services and benefits provider expanding in the Cape Girardeau area. Our client provides essential life and supplemental health coverage to local working families.

This role is ideal for individuals with background experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, shift supervision, or athletic coaching who want to transition into a professional, schedule-friendly career.

Day-to-Day Focus

• Meet with local business owners, families, and individuals to present customized supplemental benefit options.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, handling client questions and supporting policy renewals.
• Manage your daily client schedule and build long-term relationships within the local community.
• Participate in structured leadership development and local agency growth tracks.

Qualifications Transferable Skills

• Strong interpersonal communication and empathy.
• Self-motivated work ethic and a coachable mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Willingness to complete state professional licensing (full guidance provided).
• No prior insurance or corporate finance experience required.

Job Highlights

• Monday to Friday (Daytime) — No nights, weekends, or unpredictable shifts
• Complete hands-on onboarding 1-on-1 field mentorship provided
• Full guidance and study support provided for state licensing

Compensation Benefits

• Uncapped performance-based commission + bonuses.
• First-Year Range: $52,000 - $90,000+, depending on individual execution and production.
