Data Analyst Responsibilities The Data Analyst will be responsible for maintaining critical operational and inventory data while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of company records. This role combines data management, reconciliation, problem-solving, and analytical review. Key responsibilities include: * Enter and maintain transaction, inventory, and operational records with a high level of accuracy. * Process purchase, transfer, shipment, and inventory-related data. * Reconcile monthly records and expenses, identifying and resolving discrepancies. * Support month-end reporting activities through data validation and analysis. * Review large data sets to ensure completeness and accuracy. * Investigate variances and work independently to determine root causes and corrective actions. * Generate and maintain reports for operational tracking and business planning. * Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding data discrepancies, reporting needs, and process improvements. * Maintain organized documentation and support ongoing process improvement initiatives.
