About the Role

Job Title - Technical Project Manager - Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple software development teams and technical workstreams.
• Partner closely with engineering leads, developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to drive projects from planning through execution.
• Establish and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Track progress across development teams and ensure commitments and deliverables remain on schedule.
• Identify risks, blockers, dependencies, and delivery issues and proactively drive them toward resolution.
• Coordinate activities across multiple technical teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Lead project status meetings, delivery reviews, and cross-functional discussions.
• Consolidate complex project information into clear and concise updates for senior leadership.
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, project summaries, and status reports.
• Present project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and key decisions to C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Translate detailed technical information into clear executive-level messaging and business updates.
• Drive follow-ups and action items to ensure decisions are converted into execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Project Manager supporting software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple software development teams or technical workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience working directly with developers and engineering teams.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, tracking, dependency management, risk management, and delivery execution.
• Excellent proficiency with PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience developing polished executive-level presentations.
• Experience presenting project updates and complex information to senior leadership and C-level executives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into concise, business-focused messaging.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.

Location: Factoria Bellevue, WA (Onsite)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $100K–$110K USD annually. Pay within this range may vary based on geography, experience, skills, and applicable qualifications.
