Multi-State Personal Injury Attorney | Remote (U.S.)

MW Talent is partnering with a highly successful and growing personal injury law firm to hire a skilled Personal Injury Attorney. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about client advocacy.

Location: Remote position open to attorneys across the United States. Candidates must be licensed in at least one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Colorado, Florida, or Washington. Attorneys with multiple state licenses are highly preferred. A Georgia license is a strong plus.

Work Arrangement: Fully remote position. Attorneys must maintain an active license in one or more of the required states.

Compensation: Competitive base salary. Performance bonuses. Additional incentive opportunities may also be available.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, primarily in the pre-litigation phase (auto accidents, trucking, premises liability, and related claims). Negotiate settlements directly with insurance adjusters. Maintain professional and timely communication with clients. Collaborate with legal support staff and provide case guidance. Oversee case progress from intake through settlement.

Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law. Must hold an active license in at least one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Colorado, Florida, or Washington. Attorneys licensed in multiple states are highly preferred. A Georgia license is a strong advantage. Proven track record of managing and resolving personal injury cases with significant settlement value. Experience handling cases that collectively generate approximately $1M or more in annual case value or settlements is strongly preferred. Strong negotiation and case management skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment. Stable and consistent work history demonstrating reliability and long-term commitment.
