As a Security Officer Patrol Rover Part Time in Tempe AZ this role is designed to provide reliable consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (Anchor Shifts): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. Its all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility income stability and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and staff by carrying out assigned security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or local responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including interior areas entrances parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify concerns for follow-up.
• Monitor access points observe visitor and employee activity and report suspicious behavior maintenance issues and/or policy violations according to post instructions.
• Support day-to-day operations by preparing incident documentation following post orders and assisting with security-related inquiries in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1 years of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21 years of age.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
