Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (TX SLP License)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; will also consider candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• School-based SLP experience or strong interest in pediatrics and educational settings
• Ability to manage K-12 student caseload with flexibility and organization
• Outstanding communication and documentation skills
• Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in speech-language pathology

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to students in grades K-12
• Develop and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain regular communication with parents, teachers, and staff to monitor student progress
• Document therapy sessions, maintain student records, and contribute to progress reporting
• Provide guidance and resources that build communication skills across diverse student backgrounds
