Up to $2,000 Sign on Bonus Position Overview Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, Outpatient Rehab This is a PRN opportunity at Wolfson Children’s Specialty Care Center - Lake City (Columbia County). The ideal candidate will work weekdays during periods of high census and will NOT work weekends, holidays, or call rotations. Responsibilities Evaluation and treatment of patients with all diagnoses. Provide extensive patient/family education. Provide multidisciplinary team care with other Rehab professionals, nursing, physicians, social services, respiratory, support staff, etc. Work in a fast‑paced setting requiring good time management, detailed documentation skills in the EMR, self‑directed, and effective communication skills. Experience Requirements 1+ year(s) Pediatric Outpatient Speech Language Pathology Experience Outpatient Experience Pediatric Experience Preferred Evaluation Experience Preferred Working on a Multidisciplinary Team Preferred Education & Credential Requirements Master of Science or Master of Arts Required Licensed Speech Language Pathologist Required ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence Required Basic Life Support (BLS) Required from the American Heart Association Required Positions designated as requiring a level II Background (A detailed fingerprint‑based screening for positions of trust that check state (FDLE) and national (FBI) criminal history) will undergo screening as a condition of employment and continued employment.
