Remote Distributed Systems Engineer: Low-Latency Pipelines

Netflix

Netflix in Charleston is seeking a Distributed Systems Engineer to design and operate high‑scale data pipelines and services. You will build reliable, low‑latency infrastructure to support the company's global streaming platform.

The role focuses on Java-based systems, Kafka and Flink, performance tuning, and RESTful service design. You will collaborate with product, data, and platform teams, contribute to Netflix OSS, and share knowledge across the engineering organization.
