A large, financially stable healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analytics Analyst III to join its growing finance team. What You'll Do Develop sophisticated financial models, forecasts, and business case analyses Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership Partner with operational leaders to support strategic decision-making Analyze revenue, expenses, labor, productivity, and capital investments Create dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools that improve business performance Conduct benchmarking and performance analyses to identify opportunities for improvement Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning initiatives Mentor and collaborate with other members of the finance team What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Strong financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and reporting experience Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior executives Ability to turn data into meaningful business insights Advanced Excel and analytical skills Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Preferred Qualifications Healthcare finance experience is preferred but not required Candidates from other industries with substantial financial analysis and executive presentation experience are encouraged to apply Why Consider This Opportunity?
