Job Summary:

AL&M Sales Associates take care of customers from Do-It-Yourselfers to professional contractors. You will find stocking the shelves and keeping the store clean essential everyday tasks. Successful sales associates are quick learners who can understand building materials, computers and paint. This position requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Process customer sales on the cash register computer system.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized hardware store.
• Stocks freight in their appropriate places.
• Being dependable and flexible.
• Following instructions.
• Complies with all safety standards

Qualifications:

• Outstanding customer service skills and professional attitude.
