Brand Ambassador - Belgium (Field-Based) Location: Belgium (Field-Based Role) Salary: €40,000-€45,000 + Performance-Based Bonus + Travel Allowance + Excellent Benefits Our client is a leader in the wine and spirits industry, is expanding its global footprint with its premium portfolio. We are seeking an experienced Brand Ambassador to represent their brands in Belgium. Role Overview As a Brand Ambassador for our client’s drinks brand in Belgium, you will be responsible for building relationships, driving brand activations, and increasing sales in the hospitality sector. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the hospitality industry and a passion for premium beverages. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with on-trade accounts including bars, restaurants, and event spaces. Execute brand activations and promotional activities that increase visibility and drive sales. Work closely with distributors to ensure successful implementation of marketing campaigns. Manage product tastings, events, and training for key stakeholders in the hospitality sector. Ensure brand consistency and high-quality delivery of all marketing materials and activations. Candidate Profile Essential Skills: Sales experience in hospitality or related sectors. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders. Strong communication skills in French and/or Dutch or Flemish; fluency in English is a plus. Highly motivated, independent, and comfortable working autonomously. Desirable Skills: Existing network within Belgium’s hospitality industry (bars, restaurants, event venues). Experience in beverage sales or brand activation.
