Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter / Assembly Technician to join our production team. This role involves measuring, cutting, threading, and assembling pipe and fittings using both hand tools and power machinery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment while producing accurate, high-quality assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipe and fittings according to specifications
• Secure fittings manually and with power machinery to ensure tight, leak-free connections
• Operate industrial pipe threading and fitting machines safely and efficiently
• Use skill saws and other cutting tools to prepare pipe accurately and minimize material waste
• Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure and job specifications
• Inspect finished work for accuracy, quality, and proper fit
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with pipe fitting, threading, and assembly
• Strong measuring and cutting skills with attention to detail
• Ability to safely operate industrial machinery and power tools
• Proficient in reading tape measures and following specifications
• Dependable, punctual, and consistent work ethic
• Ability to work on feet and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with quality inspections or production standards
• Prior experience working with pipe, fittings, or industrial assemblies

Work Environment

• Fast-paced production or shop setting
• Standing, lifting, and manual labor required
• Use of hand tools, power tools, and industrial machinery
