Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $16.44 / Hour Job Schedule Mon - 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue - 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Wed - 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Thur - 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Fri - 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, package or trailer yard activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking lots, dock doors, trailer yards, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify approved access for visitors and/or vendors, and follow site protocols for deliveries, pickups, and restricted areas. Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site personnel regarding security-related matters, following post orders, and maintaining awareness of activity across the location. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
