Maintenance Technician: Clinton, Wisconsin

Our customer in Clinton, Wisconsin is seeking skilled and dependable individuals to join their team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a 100% employee-owned company.

We’re recruiting Maintenance Technicians to work full-time on 3rd shift. In this role, you will help keep production equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery and facility equipment.
• Respond to emergency repairs and perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and basic torch work as needed.
• Conduct routine safety checks on cranes, forklifts, and related equipment.
• Complete maintenance documentation and repair records.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders.
• Perform basic facility maintenance, including plumbing repairs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and uptime.

Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications:

• Stable work history and strong attendance record (no job hoppers).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 60 feet.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs., bend, crouch, and perform overhead work as needed.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must pass a 120-day hair drug screen (including THC).

Pay for Maintenance Technician: $17.60 - $22.00/hour (based on experience).

Type: 3rd Shift, Full-time.

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 8:00pm – 6:30am, and every other Friday 11:00pm – 5:00am.
