Evangelical Covenant Church's In My Shoes maternity program in Dallas seeks a Residential Support Specialist to maintain a safe, structured home environment. You will be on-site during shifts, support resident mothers and babies, and help with daily operations and safety. You will engage with residents, uphold boundaries, assist with transportation and light housekeeping, and participate in ongoing staff training to ensure compassionate care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Evangelical Covenant Church
