Dairy Blow Mold (R4) Operator

Blow Mold Partner

We are eager to add a partner to our blow mold at our Distribution Center and Manufacturing Plant located in Saratoga Springs, NY. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical inclination and sharp attention to detail.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Fill out required paperwork
• Operate blow mold machines in the Dairy department
• Clean the work area during and after the shift, maintaining a tidy workplace
• Work safely around heavy hydraulic machinery
• Work in a sanitary manner using proper GMPs
• Troubleshoot bottle production and machinery issues on-the-fly
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be detail oriented, reliable, organized and have a mechanical aptitude
• Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, and safety conscious
• Must be able to multitask and work independently
• Must have the ability to stand/be on your feet for long periods of time
• Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing
• Basic computer skills

Schedule

This shift is 4pm to midnight, Monday through Friday, to include holidays.

Starting Pay: $20-$22/hour plus $1.50/hour pm shift differential.

Earn an extra $1/hour for all hours worked on Sundays. Bonus department-specific incentive program averaging $1/hour starting after 30 days.
