Eldercare at Home is a thriving private-pay company dedicated to empowering Certified Nursing Assistants and Caregivers to enrich the lives of others throughout New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender Counties. With a strong commitment to quality one-on-one care, we have been recognized by Homecare Pulse with prestigious honors, including Best of Home Care: Leader in Experience, Provider of Choice, and Employer of Choice!Full-time positions are available for CNAs and PCAs who can commit to 20–40 hours per week. Whether you're new to the area, recently retired from healthcare, or looking to return to the field, we'd love to hear from you. Per diem applicants are also welcome to apply.Pay Rate:PCAs: $13.50-$16.00/hrCNAs: $15.00-$18.00/hrShifts Available: Overnight and weekend caregivers are needed!Shifts are 4, 8, or 12 hours long, and we are hiring for all shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights!Why Join Eldercare at Home?We offer up to 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling tailored to your availability. Plus, we are hiring immediately-interview and start working in the same week!As a Caregiver You will:Caregivers play a vital role in providing compassionate, person-centered care to clients. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, companionship, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and ensuring physical and emotional comfort for those in need.Qualifications:6 Months of experience as a Caregiver, along with a valid driver's license and insurance (as client transportation is part of the role).
