Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Summary Encompass Therapy Center is hiring experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a center or home-based setting. BCBAs are responsible for developing Behavior Intervention Plans to decrease problem behaviors, and skill acquisition goals to increase socially appropriate behaviors which are implemented one-to-one with our Behavior Technicians. We are currently hiring a full‑time BCBA to provide services at our Auburn location. Responsibilities and Duties Develop ABA Intervention Plans for children with ASD focusing on communication, social, play, and adaptive skills Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments including functional analyses Provide supervision to our Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians Provide monthly Parent Trainings Maintain effective communication with team members and fellow supervisors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment Maintain client confidentiality Be able to lift 30-40 lbs. on a regular basis Create a fun, interactive and engaging environment for clients Qualifications Master's Degree in ABA BACB Certification Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary Flexible Schedule Monday-Friday (no weekends) 401K Match Client transportation is not required Sign-On Bonus Retention Bonuses Health Insurance Supplemental Benefits Profit Sharing Paid Holidays Work from Home Opportunities 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr Encompass Therapy Center
