Blossom ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician to join our clinic team in Riverdale, GA. This is a full-time, clinic-based position working directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism

• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills

• Collect data and complete session documentation

• Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors

• Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience required

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, professional, and committed to providing high-quality care
