Program details and offerings vary by location and role.Generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.A care model designed to support quality outcomes and efficiency.AI clinical documentation support, built to significantly reduce after hours charting – so work stays at work.Industry-leading continuing education through Evidence in Motion (EIM).Multiple career pathways: clinical excellence and leadership.Responsibilities:Traveling between clinics in the region based on coverage needsApplying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.Qualifications:Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.Compensation with NEW Rates: $44-48/Hr + Up to $5K Sign On Bonus (Full Time) + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional + Mileage reimbursement for select locations, average 12 patients per day, and virtually unlimited CEUs!
