Job Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Node.js.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party integrations.
- Implement background job processing for asynchronous tasks and workflows.
- Manage and optimize relational databases including PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and security through best practices and testing.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to maintain high availability.
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js backend development.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with background job processing frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with AI-driven platforms or recruitment technology.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization.
