Key ResponsibilitiesWorks with all TKM suppliers in USA to Drive quality culture and improve overall quality of TKM kitsWork with Surface technology group to develop BKM for Kit cleaningResolves any supplier concerns for released BKM for TKM kit cleaningDrives and participates in First in Fab kits qualification at customer FABSAttends weekly Meetings with customers where needed to provide progress and close escalationsDrives 8D and RCCA with Suppliers for any Quality issuesOwns FA for AGS quality group and drives timely closure and implements RCCASupports W part quality issue and drives corrective actionsWorks with AGS engineering to support W part graduationSupplier Selection Process/ develops a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery, and technology.Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery, and technology.Performing the supplier technical audit process and evaluating supplier performance and capability, drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier. Evaluates technical requirements of new and existing products.
