Aspen Bravo is hiring driven Outside Sales Representatives to help homeowners upgrade their homes with premium ProVia replacement windows and doors .

In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners, inspect their windows and doors, identify their needs, and present customized replacement solutions that improve energy efficiency, comfort, curb appeal, security, and long-term home value.

This is a high-income, performance-based sales opportunity for individuals who thrive in face-to-face sales, relationship building, and closing high-ticket deals.

• 100% commission compensation
• Expected annual earnings of $65,000–$150,000+
• Unlimited earning potential

What You’ll Do

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and networking
• Meet with homeowners to inspect their windows and doors
• Present customized ProVia replacement window and door solutions
• Educate homeowners on energy efficiency, product quality, warranties, and long-term value
• Overcome objections and close deals in a one-call environment
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and follow up effectively
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through the sale

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in outside sales and face-to-face environments
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to learn and follow a proven sales process
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred

• Experience in door-to-door, home services, or commission-based sales
• Background in solar, roofing, windows, HVAC, alarms, telecommunications, or other high-ticket sales
• Experience presenting and closing in-home sales opportunities
