DVM Student Externship

A Practice Where Future Veterinarians Can Thrive/Learn/Grow! No matter the size—big cows or tiny kittens—we’re here for every animal in Verden and Chickasha. We care for them all like they’re our own. Our team truly loves animals, and we’re always here to answer your questions, give honest advice, and support you and your pets throughout every stage of life. We want you to feel comfortable from the moment you call or walk through our door. For your dogs, cats, and other small pets, we’ve got you covered—whether it’s checkups, shots, spay or neuter, sick visits, dental care, or just some friendly advice. We’ll always take the time to explain what’s going on, so you feel good about every decision for your furry friends. For your larger animals, we’re happy to provide everything from routine checkups and vaccinations to castrations and breeding support. And if it makes life easier, we’ll come right to your farm so your animals get the care they need without the hassle. We want to make things simple and stress‑free for you and your herd. Our team’s expertise is expansive, with dedicated leadership in both large and small animals. Our veterinarian in Verden is well known, and our level of care extends to our entire team, including our technicians, vet assistants, and receptionist. We’d love to meet you and learn more about how we can help your animals. When you walk through our door, you’ll be greeted by a caring team that’s genuinely excited to meet you and your animals. We’re a close‑knit group that treats every client like family, and we want you to feel at home every time you visit. Verden is known for its welcoming, slow‑paced lifestyle and genuine sense of community. Neighbors look out for one another, and you’ll often find friendly faces at local gatherings, school events, or just around town. Most homes are nestled close together, giving the town a cozy, close‑knit feel, yet it’s surrounded by wide open farmland that adds to its rural charm. Families appreciate Verden’s strong local schools and the safe, peaceful environment for raising children. Even though Verden is a small town, it offers the best of both worlds—quiet country life with easy access to larger towns like Anadarko and Chickasha for shopping, dining, and additional amenities. Whether you’re new to the area or a lifelong resident, you’ll quickly feel at home in this warm, tight‑knit community. Learn More About Our Hospital Here!
