Immediate Full-Time Opportunities in Truss Manufacturing - Emporia, VA (Start May 25, 2026)

We are actively seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team in the truss manufacturing industry at our facility in Emporia, Virginia. These are full-time, permanent positions with competitive hourly compensation ranging from $18 to $30 per hour, based on relevant experience and skills. We are particularly interested in candidates with hands-on experience in the following areas:

• Operating saws and other cutting equipment
• Roof table assembly
• Truss stacking and related production tasks
• General truss fabrication or assembly
• Forklift Operator

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Prior experience in lumber yards, carpentry, construction, or engineered wood products is highly valued.
