Project Controls Specialist - Infrastructure Delivery and Cost Control

Job Description As a Project Controls Specialist, you’ll support infrastructure programs with in-depth expertise in managing scope, cost, and schedule while applying earned value and change control practices. You will work closely with program and finance leads to track delivery performance across portfolios. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6. Monitor cost, schedule, and resource utilization metrics. Track change orders, budget revisions, and claims. Produce S-curves, WBS models, and variance analysis reports. Interface with field, engineering, and PMO leads to maintain alignment. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business. Experience 5–8 years in public works, construction, or asset-intensive project controls. Strong understanding of federal/state capital project lifecycles.
