ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Angie Witherby - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers by identifying needs and filling the gap with policy applications.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in sales preferred.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

• Our office is open 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday Evening and Saturday appointments scheduled as needed..
• I have been a State Farm agent since 1994.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
• We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
