Schedule

Nights - 12-hour shifts: rotating schedule of 3 PM to 3 AM or 7 PM to 7 AM, totaling 36 hours per week. Weekend requirement includes one weekend shift per contracted week, or two weekend shifts every other weekend. Must work at least one holiday per contract.

Job Description

Join a large, high-acuity Emergency Department with 80 treatment spaces in a modern environment. The team is experienced, collaborative, and supportive, with strong leadership and a focus on high-quality patient care, including specialized geriatric emergency care as the area's first ACEP accredited geriatric ED.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity environment.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
• Participate in geriatric emergency care initiatives.
• Utilize EPIC charting system for accurate documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience.
• Active New York RN license required.
• Certification in NIH Stroke Scale and AHA BLS.
• 2 years of U.S. work history for non-U.S. candidates.

Assignment Duration

This is a 16-week contract position.
