Make a difference for young learners as a skilled Speech Language Pathologist, working two days per week with an elementary school team for the 2026/2027 school year. This contract opportunity near Colorado Springs, CO is ideal for compassionate SLP professionals who want to provide essential speech and language support in a dynamic educational setting. You'll help students reach their communication goals by collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families.

Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLP License
- ASHA Certification required (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) eligibility
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential
- Experience or strong interest in working within an elementary school environment
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to identified elementary-aged students
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings as needed
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Develop and contribute to IEPs, participating in meetings and IEP team planning
- Adapt interventions to support students with diverse needs
- Provide in-service training or guidance to school staff as appropriate
