As the Assistant Director of Health Services, you'll partner with the Director of Health Services to support clinical operations, oversee resident care, assist with assessments and care planning, and provide guidance to nursing staff. Position Type: Full-Time Shift Available: Days: Monday-Friday Wage Range: $81,000 - $95,000 depending on experience Location: 310 Lake Blvd S, Buffalo, MN 55313

Assistant Director Of Health Services (ADHS) Responsibilities:

• Responsible for directing resident health services and nursing operations with the oversight of the RN DHS.
• Responsible for supervising, mentoring and provided and needed support for license and unlicensed staff with the oversight of the RN DHS.
• Complete resident assessments, develop and update service plans, and ensure care needs are met.
• Monitor resident conditions, coordinate care with physicians and other providers, and support smooth care transitions.
• Assist with medication management, treatments, wound care, and clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with assisted living regulations, policies, and nursing standards.
• Support staff education, training, and competency programs.
• Respond to resident concerns, advocate for resident rights, and promote quality outcomes.
• Foster positive communication and collaboration among residents, families, staff, and healthcare partners.

Assistant Director Of Health Services (ADHS) Qualifications:

• Must have a current MN Registered Nurse license and be in good standing.
• Demonstrated clinical and assessment competencies.
• Assisted Living experience preferred.
• Strong team building and communication skills are required, along with excellent professional and supportive supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living or Home Care regulations, as well as ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and standards.
