About the Position

We are seeking a compassionate female Direct Support Professional to join our team at the Fairview home. If you enjoy outings, having fun on the job, and caring for genuine, kind, and wonderful ladies, this is the perfect home for you.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to residents in the Fairview home.
Assist with daily living activities and promote independence.
Engage residents in meaningful outings and recreational activities.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

Female candidates preferred.
Genuine kindness and a passion for helping others.
Ability to enjoy and participate in outings and fun activities.
Flexible scheduling availability.
Previous experience in direct support or caregiving is a plus.
