Digital Transformation Manager

Sierra Staffing Group is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to join one of our most well-respected clients in the San Francisco, CA area. Our client is a rapidly growing, industry-leading organization that is revolutionizing the future of energy infrastructure and advanced manufacturing. This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Transformation Lead to drive innovation, optimize business processes, and shape the digital future of a high-performing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) organization. In this highly visible role, you will define and execute the EPC digital strategy, streamline workflows, and develop innovative technology solutions that improve collaboration across engineering, design, construction, and operations teams. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while helping build scalable systems and processes that support significant company growth. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute the long-term digital transformation roadmap for the EPC organization. Lead the integration of enterprise software platforms and develop internal tools that improve efficiency and collaboration. Establish scalable, data-driven processes that create a single source of truth across multiple systems. Improve team productivity through workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions. Partner with Engineering, Operations, and EPC leadership to identify and solve complex business challenges. Ensure the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of critical digital platforms. Develop governance frameworks, user training programs, and adoption strategies. Manage third-party software vendors, technology partners, and system integrations. Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for digital systems, process optimization, and innovation initiatives. Build and scale a high-performing digital innovation function as the organization continues to grow. Job Qualifications 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, software integration, or technology leadership within EPC, engineering consulting, construction, manufacturing, energy, or related industries. Proven success leading technical initiatives and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycles, engineering workflows, and construction operations. Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Oracle, Primavera P6, or similar platforms. Expertise in data architecture, APIs, business intelligence tools, and reporting platforms including Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, and SQL. Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, automation, and operational efficiency. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities and strategic initiatives.
