About the Role
The Company is seeking a Tax Vice President to lead complex personal tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals and business owners. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing intricate assignments with a focus on individual taxation, and ensuring engagements meet client expectations. The role also involves supervising and mentoring managers, supporting their professional development, and contributing to business development. Expertise in individual, fiduciary, and gift tax compliance and planning is central to the position. Candidates must hold a CPA certification and have at least 15 years of relevant experience; an advanced degree is advantageous. Required qualifications include strong leadership and team management skills, knowledge of flow-through entity taxation, tax research proficiency, and a proven business development record. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with tax preparation and planning software and Microsoft Office are also required. Experience in international tax planning and compliance is preferred.
