Conduct thorough evaluations of patients spanning pediatric to geriatric populations utilizing standardized assessments and observational methods.

Deliver focused one-on-one speech therapy tailored to communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing issues.

Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team that includes physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and family members to cultivate integrated care strategies.

Provide educational resources to patients and families to encourage progress beyond the clinic walls.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapies, maintaining seamless care throughout the treatment process.

Ensure timely and precise documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational mandates.

Remain engaged with the latest developments in speech-language pathology through continuing education and collaborative learning with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) is required if ASHA certification is not yet obtained.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be acquired within 30 days of employment commencement.

Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques applicable to various age groups, with a strong emphasis on both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
