Technical Program Manager II

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager II to drive operational excellence across Product & Engineering (R&D) organizations while managing end-to-end execution of enterprise customer programs and executive engagement events. This role serves as the operational bridge between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Account Teams, and Executive Stakeholders , ensuring customer insights directly influence product roadmap planning and organizational priorities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Technical Program Management, Cross-Functional Program Execution, Process Optimization, Enterprise Customer Programs, Product Operations, and Operational Strategy within fast-paced software or technology environments. This position requires exceptional stakeholder management, operational leadership, and the ability to build scalable processes supporting global teams across multiple time zones. Required Skills Must Have 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Program Operations, or Operations Management within software or technology organizations Experience managing cross-functional technical programs across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer-facing teams Strong experience designing and implementing operational workflows and scalable business processes Proven ability to identify program risks, dependencies, operational blockers, and mitigation strategies Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timely delivery Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across executive leadership and cross-functional teams Experience managing enterprise customer engagement programs or executive customer initiatives Strong project planning, execution, and organizational skills Experience using Jira or equivalent project/workflow management platforms Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools and AI-assisted development (Vibe Coding) to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience collaborating across multiple global time zones Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of virtual customer forums and executive customer events Manage event logistics including invitations, registrations, attendee tracking, surveys, and live event support Coordinate Product Advisory Board (PAB) and executive customer engagement programs Build scalable operational processes connecting Product, Engineering, and Customer-facing organizations Track enterprise customer feature requests and ensure alignment with product roadmap planning Develop structured customer feedback management processes Facilitate communication between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams Monitor project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables Identify program risks and proactively remove operational blockers Drive cross-functional alignment across global technical teams Design, document, and implement repeatable operational workflows Improve collaboration between R&D organizations and customer-facing teams Support roadmap planning through structured customer insights and feedback analysis Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining execution quality Maintain project documentation, operational processes, and governance standards Ensure consistent communication among stakeholders throughout project lifecycles Drive operational excellence initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability Support executive leadership through program reporting and operational updates Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Program Operations, or Technology Operations Experience working within software development or technology organizations Strong understanding of cross-functional program execution Experience with Jira or similar workflow management tools Knowledge of SQL and/or Python Experience leveraging AI tools to automate operational processes Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities Proven experience managing multiple projects across global teams Ability to identify risks, resolve blockers, and drive execution Experience supporting Product and Engineering organizations ABOUT BRICKRED SYSTEMS BrickRed Systems is a global leader in next-generation technology consulting and workforce solutions, specializing in delivering high-quality talent across digital, engineering, technology, product management, program management, operations, analytics, cloud, AI, and business transformation domains.
