Responsibilities: Provide skilled rehabilitation services to patients as outlined in the Plan of Treatment Evaluate, plan, and administer physical therapy modalities to develop and restore function Deliver rehabilitative physical therapy in patients' homes as prescribed by a physician Qualifications: Current PT licensure in Georgia with no sanctions Strong communication and documentation skills Experience in Home Health is preferred but Not required Employment Type: Part Time Salary: $65 - $150 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
