Job Description :

Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment used in printed circuit board (PCB) assembly. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards while maintaining efficient production flow.

Responsibilities:

• Set up machines for scheduled jobs, including loading feeders, materials, and programs.
• Verify proper machine calibration and ensure solder paste and components are correctly applied.
• Perform visual and automated inspections to confirm assembly quality.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance or engineering teams for repairs.
• Record production data, part counts, and quality metrics in accordance with TSI’s documentation procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and company quality control standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 30pds
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience working with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel Reports

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $19.00-$20.00Hr, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
