Your Role as a Home Care Aide
As a Home Care Aide, you'll provide compassionate, personalized care that enhances quality of life and brings comfort, joy, and peace of mind to clients and their families.
Responsibilities include:
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Personal care and mobility support
- Light housekeeping and errands
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
What We're Looking For
- Registered CA Home Care Aide preferred (we can help you get registered if needed!)
- Senior care experience preferred (training available)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation (driver's license preferred, not required)
- A caring heart and desire to help others
