LMS Administrator (Learning Management Systems)

Join a dynamic team dedicated to advancing educational technology and be a part of shaping the future of online learning. This is a 12-18 month temporary role that offers you the opportunity to leverage your advanced technical expertise in a pioneering learning management system designed for global impact. We foster an innovative environment where your contributions to troubleshooting, platform optimization, and integration will be highly valued and recognized.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience with LMS administration or educational technology.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of platform workflows and system interactions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong documentation and data validation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, SCORM standards, and MARC records is an advantage.
  • Experience with UAT script writing and execution is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage technical support escalations.
