Our client, an innovative autonomous mobility technology company, is seeking a Vehicle Technician (BaseOps) to join their team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be part of the Fleet Operations Department supporting the Vehicle Readiness and Engineering Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a self-starter mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Miami, FL 33137

Pay Range: $43.00 - $50.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle readiness inspections for safe on-road operation.
• Coordinate and drive vehicle repair processes while escalating complex issues to engineering teams.
• Maintain service records, quality reports, and diagnostic documentation.
• Support shop operations, including tool organization, facility upkeep, and inventory management.
• Ensure fleet vehicles are prepared for testing, demonstrations, and operational requirements.

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of vehicle technician experience with strong automotive maintenance and repair knowledge.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to diagnose vehicle issues and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug screen.
