Property & Casualty Producer – Denver, CO Brown & Brown is seeking a self‑starter Property & Casualty Producer to join our growing team in Denver. The role focuses on driving new business growth, strengthening client relationships, and providing expert risk management and insurance coverage advice. Responsibilities Identify and qualify new lead opportunities through professional networking and market research. Conduct risk assessment surveys and determine clients’ insurance coverage needs. Prepare and secure documentation for new business and renewal proposals. Present and sell proposals, including value‑added services, to prospective and existing clients. Negotiate coverage terms and facilitate placement of covers with carrier partners and internal teams. Resolve client disputes regarding complex claims. Adhere to agency guidelines, policies, and procedures, including the Insurance Coverage Review form. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry information, new product development, legislation, and technology. Represent the company in social, civic, trade organizations, and industry associations to promote the profit center’s image. Promote teamwork and a positive attitude within the department. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong technical knowledge of all lines of insurance coverage. Experience with agency management systems and related insurance sales applications. Valid Producer license in good standing within 90 days of hire. Pay Range $135,000 – $145,000 per year.
