Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist, you'll be responsible for:
- Evaluating, treating, and developing individualized care plans for patients.
- Providing high-quality rehabilitation services to help patients regain mobility and function.
- Supervising and mentoring physical therapy assistants and aides.
- Documenting patient progress and treatment plans in a timely manner.
- Maintaining positive communication with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare teams.
- Staying up to date with the latest physical therapy practices and techniques.
- Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including Medicare and OSHA standards.
- Participating in facility meetings, training sessions, and in-service education.
What We're Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist with a degree from a CAPTE-accredited program.
Strong clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to supervise therapy staff and provide leadership.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, and move patients up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to stand, bend, and move throughout shifts.
- Fine motor skills for writing reports, charting, and handling therapy equipment.
