Schedule: Onsite | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM


Salary: $60,000-$75,000

A growing organization is seeking a Bookkeeper to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role will be responsible for managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll , while ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all financial processes.


Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Manage payroll using ADP
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with month-end accounting activities
• Support reporting and other accounting-related functions as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience with AP, AR, and payroll processing
• ADP payroll experience required
• Great Plains experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
