Senior Accountant Location: Renton, WA On Site Salary: $105,000-$145,000 DOE Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Work directly with the Controller on high-visibility accounting initiatives Gain exposure to a large institutional affordable housing portfolio Play a key role in improving accounting processes and operational efficiency Utilize advanced Yardi and multifamily property accounting expertise Contribute across both property and corporate accounting functions Help develop and document procedures that create lasting improvements On-site collaboration with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams Opportunity to make an immediate impact on critical accounting priorities Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant: Reconcile property and corporate billback transactions Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations Support intercompany accounting and institutional reporting requirements Improve and document accounting workflows, policies, and procedures Partner with the Controller on accounting projects and process enhancements Qualifications for the Senior Accountant: Strong Yardi software experience preferred Senior-level multifamily property accounting experience Advanced Excel skills Experience with intercompany accounting and institutional reporting
