Responsibilities
- Provide bedside Med Surg nursing care for adult patients, with emphasis on post-surgical recovery
- Monitor vitals, assess conditions, administer medications, and manage IV pumps; assist with N/G and feeding tubes
- Perform routine wound care, provide patient education, and support discharge planning
- Document patient care in the EPIC EMR and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
- Float to related Med Surg units as needed; respond to patient condition changes and emergencies
- Coordinate care with surgeons, case management, and ancillary services to ensure safe, efficient transitions

Requirements
- Active New York RN license (NURSYS verification) with all active RN licenses
- Minimum 2+ years Med/Surg RN experience; travel/assignment experience required
- BLS certification (AHA) and EPIC EMR experience
- Ability to float to related units as needed
- Valid driver's license with address that matches demographics
- RTO (Reasonable Time Off) must be included at submission
