Program Manager

Our client is seeking a Program Manager for a large-scale enterprise technology initiative. Location: Buffalo, NY Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Rate: $60-$70 an hour on W2 Length: 12 month extendible W2 Contract, potential to convert About the Job As a Program Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of a large-scale strategic technology initiative. You will play a pivotal role in establishing program governance, defining operating models, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving execution across multiple workstreams. This position requires a seasoned program leader who can operate independently, engage effectively with executive stakeholders, and drive alignment across both technical and business organizations. The ideal candidate is comfortable building program structure from the ground up, managing competing priorities, and ensuring successful delivery of complex enterprise initiatives. Responsibilities Lead the formation, planning, and execution of a strategic enterprise technology program. Develop and maintain program charters, governance frameworks, roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans. Coordinate multiple project workstreams and manage cross-functional dependencies. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and executive review forums. Deliver clear and concise status reporting, program updates, and recommendations to senior leadership. Identify, assess, communicate, and mitigate program risks, issues, and roadblocks. Drive alignment among technical and business stakeholders to achieve program objectives. Establish governance processes and operating rhythms that support program success. Provide leadership, guidance, and coordination across supporting project teams. Ensure program outcomes are delivered on schedule while maintaining quality and stakeholder expectations.
