Job Requirements:

• MD or DO with a valid CT State License, Federal DEA, and CT State Controlled Substance Registration
• Completion of an Internal or Family Medicine Residency, with a focus on adult patients
• Board Certified or Board Eligible

* After-hours coverage involves a light call volume shared among multiple providers to minimize call frequency, with phone calls only (after initial triage by nursing staff).
